AI Revenue Agent – Activity Log

Summary

The new Agent Activity Log gives users full visibility into every action performed by their Revenue Agents, as well as actions performed on the Agent itself – such as creation, activation, updates, and inactivation.

Updates

The Agent Activity Log introduces key components that make it easy to track agent actions, identify issues, and monitor configuration changes. 

1. Activity Summary - a high-level overview of key agent metrics from initial launch to the present day, including insights such as: 
   1. # of accounts targeted
   2. # of accounts skipped
   3. # of new prospects created
   4. # of prospects added to Sequence
2. Activity alerts – surfaces data enrichment issues related to agent configuration
3. Activity Feed - a real-time, detailed feed of all agent activity from the past 30 days. Users can filter the feed by action type or date range for a more granular view.

AI Revenue Agent – Data Enrichment Toggle

Summary

Customize how each individual Revenue Agent operates by deciding whether or not record enrichment is included.

Updates

Users now have the ability to enable or disable 3rd party data enrichment for both accounts and prospects within Revenue Agent configurations, helping prevent unnecessary enrichment costs.
