Authenticated Session Length Updates

Stay signed in longer without compromising secure access controls.

Summary: 
Outreach has updated how authenticated session length is managed to reduce unexpected logouts while maintaining strong security standards. The default session length has been extended, and a maximum session duration has been enforced to align with industry best practices.

  • The default authenticated session length has increased from 7 days to 30 days.
  • The maximum session length is capped at 30 days.
  • Customers can configure shorter session lengths if desired.
  • Session lengths cannot be extended beyond the default or maximum limit.
