- Hierarchy-Aware Team Filter. Reports include a new team selector that reflects parent-child relationships.
- Scoped Data Visibility. Users only see data they’re permitted to access based on their position in the hierarchy and corresponding governance settings.
- Auto-Inherited Filtering. When selecting a parent team, child teams are included in the data view unless explicitly excluded.
- Governance Enforcement. The data shown is scoped to the user’s permitted view (e.g., child teams, same team) based on Profile and Team settings. User’s Profiles dictate whether peers or parent teams can access team data.
- Backward Compatibility. Flat teams remain visible for users without migrated hierarchy.

Outreach processes these recordings to deliver conversation insights such as topics, sentiment, and talk time. In our last release, we delivered Field-Level Governance; a profile-based governance system that provides granular control over data visibility (view/edit/hide) at the field (record attribute) level while Profiles or Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) continues to provide access to the overall record. This release allows admins to automatically sync field-level permissions in Outreach from Salesforce Field-Level Security.
