Symptom

Validation failed: Prospect contacted too recently error shown when trying to add a prospect to a sequence.

Resolution 

1. Log in to Outreach.
2. Click Administration > Rulesets.
3. Click Edit.
4. Navigate to Safety settings.
5. Update Prospects must not have been contacted within the last field as needed.
