Why are template attachments not visible?

Answer

If you do not have permission in your assigned governance profile to Edit sequences, you will not be able to view the attachment or Preview the template step. Only the owner of the sequence, an admin, or a user that can edit sequences will be able to see the attachment included in that sequence step.

You can still use the sequence and the attachment will be included in your message to the prospects you added - you just can't see it when viewing the sequence.
