A prospect finished in sequence sooner than expected.

Resolution

First, narrow down the cause by viewing the prospect's activity tab. That will show you what specifically caused the issue. Second, address the cause by either removing the condition that triggered the prospect to be marked as finished, or resume them if the issue was another user finishing the prospect.

Cause

There are two primary reasons that might cause this.

1. A trigger could have automatically finished the sequence

2. A user may have manually finished the sequence
