Symptom

Selecting the ? icon to load the Resource Center does not load properly

  • Outreach Users

Resolution

Remove any Ad blocking extensions from Chrome or whitelist outreach.io Domain.

Cause

Ad Blocker Extensions can cause a conflict and prevent the Resource Center pop-up from loading.
