Answer
In the Prospect List View, the available sorting options include several prospect fields. This guide outlines the following:
- Last Contacted
- Last engaged
- Last updated
- Last created
- Engagement
How is it derived?
Last Contacted:
This is based on when a prospect was last called or emailed.
Last Engaged:
This information is updated when a prospect responds to an email or answers a phone call.
Last Updated:
This indicates the most recent time the prospect's record was updated.
Last Created:
This shows when the record was created.
Engagement:
This is an Engagement Score for each prospect, and this information is updated automatically whenever a prospect is emailed. The Engagement Score assigned to the prospect is a sum of points based on email opens, clicks, and replies. When a new email is delivered, the score is reset.
An algorithm Outreach uses to score prospect engagement. The engagement score is calculated by the number of opens/clicks/replies from the most recent mailing received by that prospect.
