Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in accessing CRM plugin settings within Outreach to update and manage syncing functionality between Outreach and a CRM.

How To Access CRM Plugin Settings in Outreach

  1. Access the Outreach Platform. 
  2. From the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar, click the cog icon to access the Administration Settings menu.
  3. Under the Integrations section, click CRM.
