Using Guided CRM Sync in Outreach

Objective

Using the guided CRM Sync function when configuring to avoid sync errors.

Applies To

  • CRM
  • Outreach Admins

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to Integrations > CRM Sync.
  4. Open any object mapping.
  5. Select Add mapping. A new field mapping side panel will open.
  6. Select the fields for mapping. It will do automatic field type validation. If the field is a reference type, it will prevent you from creating the field mapping unless the reference field type is mapped. 
  7. Click Save
