Objective
Using the guided CRM Sync function when configuring to avoid sync errors.

- Outreach Admins
Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Settings.
- Navigate to Integrations > CRM Sync.
- Open any object mapping.
- Select Add mapping. A new field mapping side panel will open.
- Select the fields for mapping. It will do automatic field type validation. If the field is a reference type, it will prevent you from creating the field mapping unless the reference field type is mapped.
- Click Save.
