How To Map Meetings "No-Show" Field For Salesforce

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in creating and mapping Meetings No-Show field in Outreach. 

Applies To

  • Outreach Admins

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform. 
  2. Access the Salesforce Plugin.  
  3. On the Plugin landing page, click the Salesforce plugin.
  4. On Salesforce landing page, click the Event object.
  5. On the object's Configuration page, Click Add Mapping in the right-hand corner
    Note: The new field is added to the bottom of the fields list.
  6. Select the "Is no show?" field option from the Outreach Field
  7. On Salesforce Field, map the field to a custom Salesforce field which could be set as example: Meeting_No_Show__c (boolean). Mapping them as illustrated below: 
    Note: Create a custom field on the Salesforce side and make sure the field accepts the boolean values from Outreach which could be Yes/No.
  8. Click Save.

Once you map the custom field to "Is no show?" field in Outreach, Please test the functionality by performing a manual sync for one of the meeting records.
