Objective
Create a custom object for mapping.
Applies To
- Outreach Admins
- Salesforce
Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Administration > Integrations > CRM.
- Click Add Mapping.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the new row.
- In the left hand side dropdown, select the CRM object you want to sync with Outreach.
- In the right hand side dropdown, select the Outreach object you want to sync with the CRM object selected in the left hand side dropdown.
- Click Save to create the new object mapping.
- Press anywhere on the newly created object mapping to set sync direction, field mappings, sync conditions, and sync frequency.
