How to Create a Custom Object Mapping in Outreach

Objective

Create a custom object for mapping.

Applies To

  • Outreach Admins
  • Salesforce

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
  2. Click AdministratioIntegrations > CRM.
  3. Click Add Mapping.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the new row.
  5. In the left hand side dropdown, select the CRM object you want to sync with Outreach.
  6. In the right hand side dropdown, select the Outreach object you want to sync with the CRM object selected in the left hand side dropdown.
  7. Click Save to create the new object mapping.
  8. Press anywhere on the newly created object mapping to set sync direction, field mappings, sync conditions, and sync frequency.
