How To Set Default Call Disposition for Voicemail Drops [Beta]

Purpose: 

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in setting a default call disposition for calls that are completed using the Voicemail Drop feature.

Set Default Call Disposition for Voicemail Drops

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Click on Administration ( The Gear Icon).
  3. Click Calls then Dispositions.
  4. Click Add Disposition.  (Note: you can also edit an existing call disposition)
  5. Input the name of the new disposition in the Name field.
    Note: Name the disposition clearly based on it's intent to avoid confusion.
  6. Select how the disposition is mapped.
  7. Click to enable the Default For Voicemail Drop option.
  8. Click Save.

    The new disposition appears in the list with a Voicemail tag.
