Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in leaving a pre-recorded voicemail using the Voicemail Drop feature.
Applies To
- Outreach Users
Procedure
- While on a call and in the Outreach Dialer, click the Voicemail icon on the call bar.
- Select the applicable Voicemail Drop to use from the Select My Voicemail dropdown menu.
- Click the Leave Voicemail and Hang Up button when the dial tone is heard.
- Complete the call log form and click Log Call as applicable.
