Voicemail Greeting Toggle Is Locked

Symptom

The voicemail greeting toggle is locked, the user cannot toggle this on and off.

Resolution

Select to receive calls on the Computer only, this should enable the toggle:

Cause

This toggle will be disabled if the Select the device you want to receive calls on is not Computer. when the user selects to receive the calls on a personal phone (Imported number), or both personal number and Computer (Both) this toggle will be disabled. This is because we cannot control the voicemail settings for your personal device.
