The increased open rate issue with Apple Mail is not Apple Mail specific but occurs due to user email settings.
This issue occurs when a user opts into hiding their open data or the organization is uses a security feature that validates images and links that are not malicious in nature. This behavior occurs at the recipient level and can not be controlled by the sender.
