When sending yourself a preview test email from Outreach, it is expected behavior that the unsubscribe link doesn't show on the test email you receive. This is to avoid confusing the system if you did click that unsubscribe link from your own inbox, since it's just a test email to yourself.
Rest assured, when you send the same email and template to a prospect, the unsubscribe link will show for them.
