Will my mailing object trigger work for messages send outside of Outreach?

Answer

No, if the message was sent outside of Outreach and not using the Outreach Everywhere extension, then the mailing object trigger will not fire off for that mailing. The system still syncs that message into the system, since we're connected to and syncing with your mailbox, but the mailing object trigger will only work for messages that were sent using the Outreach system or tool.
