How To Deactivate a Trigger

Objective

The purpose of this guide is to provide guidance to Outreach users on deactivating an Outreach's trigger.

Applies To

  • Outreach Users
  • Outreach Admins

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Click Administration in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar. 
  3. Click Triggers.
  4. Find the trigger you need to deactivate by scrolling down, or using the Soft by Pick-list. 
  5. Click the three-dots [ ... ] menu at the far right of the trigger you'd like to deactivate.
  6. Click Deactivate.
