How To Retrieve and Restore Prospects From The Recycle Bin

Objective

The purpose of this article is to instruct users on how to retrieve and restore prospects from the recycle bin. This activity can be restricted by a user's Governance Profile, if you are not an Outreach Admin, you may not be able to perform this restore process.

Applies To

  • Recycling Bin
  • Prospects 
  • Profile Governance

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Prospect List View 
  2. Filter for "Recycled" 
  4. Search for the prospect(s) you want to restore
  5. Select the prospect(s) that you'd like to restore 
  6. Click "Restore"
