What happens if I delete a Stage in Outreach?

Answer

If a Stage is deleted and unavailable, it will also be removed from any associated records in Outreach. You may see a note in the activity log and it will result in a "No Stage" message for the Prospect Stage. 

 

Additional Information

We recommend deleting the mapping in your CRM before deleting it in Outreach to avoid syncing back and having the former Stages reappear in Outreach.

Another recommendation is to check any triggers associated with these Stages, as the conditions may no longer be met and therefore the triggers will not fire.
