Procedures

Accessing the Kaia recordings Page

1. Access the Outreach Platform.
2. In the navigation sidebar, click Activity > Kaia.
3. On the resulting Kaia recordings tab, optionally search, sort, filter, or manually navigate the list of recordings as needed.
4. Click to access any recording.
   

Performing Other Kaia Meeting Actions

Jump to Key Moments in the Outreach Kaia Meeting

Key moments from the conversation -- action items, notes, bookmarks, and content cards -- are time-stamped for a complete digital record of when a particular element was discussed.

• Use the key moment icons below the recording or in the right panel to jump to these moments.
• Skip to the next speaker or use the speaker talk tracks to navigate.
• Read the full transcript of the conversation, as well as search across the conversation.
• Enable closed captions to view the transcript directly in the video player, so you can follow along with the conversation even without the transcript tab visible.

Enable Closed Captions

Closed captions let you view the meeting transcript directly in the video player as the recording plays, so you can stay on top of the conversation even if the transcript tab isn't visible.

1. On the Kaia meeting recording page, click the closed captions (CC) icon in the video player controls.
2. Captions appear over the video as the recording plays. Click the icon again to turn captions off.

Create tasks for Outreach Kaia Action Items

On the Kaia meeting recording page, you can hover over the action items captured in the Kaia meeting in the meeting Transcript and create Outreach tasks for each one.

Manage Recording Playback and Access

On the Kaia meeting recording page, use the options to the upper right of the viewer to:

• Download the recording as a video file
• Share the recording to external contacts. (Click here to learn how.)
• Add the recording to a playlist
• Manage recording visibility within your Outreach org
