Uploading an SSO Certificate

Objective

Uploading an updated SSO certificate if the current certificate is expired.

Applies To

  • SSO
  • Outreach Admins

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
  2. Click Administration User Management Sign-in.
  3. Under Single sign-on click Edit.
  4. Locate the Identity Provider and click Edit.
  5. Navigate to the certificate.
  6. Click Choose file.
  7. Locate the certificate section and click choose file.
  8. Click Save.
