How To turn on/off SSO

Objective

This article guides the Outreach Administrator through the steps to enable/disable SSO in the Outreach platform.

Applies To

  • Admins
  • Single sign-on

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Navigate to the Administration page.
  3. Expand User management.
  4. Click on Sign-in.
  5. In the new window, click on Edit under Single sign-on.
  6. Check the box next to Enable.
