What happens when I delete a record or any data in Outreach?

Answer

The record is permanently removed and deleted from the system. Once you perform the action to delete a record, then confirm the deletion, it will be gone from the system. There is no way to revert, undo, or restore deleted records/data in the system. Please be mindful of this and double-check before processing any type of deletion in the Outreach system.
