Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users on how to manually sync Accounts in bulk with Salesforce.

Procedure
- From the account page use a filter to have the list of the accounts you want to sync to Salesforce. (For example, you can filter by "Owner")
- Select all by checking the box next to Name as shown in the screenshot below.
- From the menu, click on the ellipses (...) and select Synchronize with CRM.
- From the action select "Push data up to CRM" or "Poll data from CRM"and then click on the button "Sync"
Additional Information
Note: Manually syncing records takes up more API calls than allowing records to automatically update through the plugin and could potentially exceed your API call quota.
