How to manually sync account in bulk?

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users on how to manually sync Accounts in bulk with Salesforce.

Applies To

  • Outreach Users

Procedure

  1. From the account page use a filter to have the list of the accounts you want to sync to Salesforce. (For example, you can filter by "Owner")
  2. Select all by checking the box next to Name as shown in the screenshot below.Screenshot 2024-06-24 at 13.50.26.png
  3. From the menu, click on the ellipses (...) and select Synchronize with CRM.Screenshot 2024-06-24 at 13.50.45.png
  4. From the action select "Push data up to CRM" or "Poll data from CRM"and then click on the button "Sync"Screenshot 2024-06-24 at 14.00.26.png

Additional Information

Note: Manually syncing records takes up more API calls than allowing records to automatically update through the plugin and could potentially exceed your API call quota.
