Overview
All users recording calls with Outreach Voice will gain access to post-call conversation insights. The following feature set will be accessible:
- Access Kaia Recordings
- Kaia Search
- Saved View and Search Alerts
- Smart Call Assist (must be enabled by Admin)
- Kaia Recording Sharing
- Kaia Re-transcription
- Topics & Reactions
- Custom Topics
- Topics Report
- Team Trends Report
- Kaia Playlists

Recommended Next Steps
We recommend:
Sign into Outreach as an Admin and under Administration -> Tools -> Kaia review the setup for your Outreach instance. Among the options here you will see controls to:
- Enable/Disable recording sharing and downloading for all users. If enabled, sharing can be controlled at user level by User Profiles.
- Enable use of Smart Call Assist in Kaia for AI Summaries and Q&A on calls over 30s. (Note: Outreach does not allow your data to be viewed, retained, or used for training by third party LLM providers.)
Review recording visibility permissions in Kaia. By default, Kaia recordings are visible to all Outreach users. If you have created more restrictive visibility permissions in Outreach Voice for viewing recordings there then you will want to replicate them in Kaia.
