Outreach is proud to announce our latest quarterly release, focused on turning fragmented revenue data into action. New AI features work to synthesize conversations, activity, buyer signals, and seller behavior to surface what matters now, what’s at risk, and what to do next. This clarity redefines the day-to-day reality of sellers, so reps stay engaged with customers instead of systems and maintain momentum across every deal. 


AI Agents, Personalization, and Data Enrichment

Agents & AI Navigation Redesign

A centralized entry point for all Agents and AI-powered features.

Summary

The Agents & AI navigation redesign introduces a unified, centralized home for Outreach’s AI capabilities. This update restructures the left global navigation to present a more connected and cohesive AI experience, making it easier for users to discover, understand, and adopt Agents and AI features across the platform.

Key navigation changes include:

  • A new Agents & AI section in the left navigation, serving as the primary entry point for AI-powered features
  • The AI Content section of the navigation is deprecated, with its components relocated as follows:
    • Personalization Agents now appears as its own navigation item
    • Research Agents now appears as its own navigation item
    • Seller Content has moved to the new Knowledge section
  • Sales Methodology configuration has moved from Admin → Tools to Deal Agent

These changes help to:

  • Improve discoverability of AI capabilities
  • Clarify how Agents and AI features relate to one another
  • Create a more intuitive and scalable foundation for future AI innovation

Meeting Prep Agent (Beta)

Help reps show up prepared and confident for every customer meeting. 

Summary

Meeting Prep Agent generates custom meeting briefs ahead of scheduled meetings. The brief brings together the most relevant context about the account, attendees, opportunities, and past conversations—so reps can spend less time preparing and more time driving deals forward.

Meeting Prep Agent introduces AI-generated meeting briefs with the following capabilities:

  • Shared briefs that render the same content for all users, keeping teams aligned.
  • An admin-configurable brief structure, with multiple sections and support for variables to tailor content accordingly.
  • Dedicated space for rep-provided meeting context to improve relevance.
    • Reps can specify what the meeting is about, rather than relying solely on agendas that may be missing or incomplete.

Meeting briefs include default sections such as:

  • Recommended Talking Points
  • Past Conversations
  • Meeting Attendee Overview
  • Account Overview
  • Opportunity Overview

Ask Outreach (Beta)

Take action faster by moving from questions to answers with a new chat-based experience.

Summary

Ask Outreach introduces a chat-based experience that allows revenue teams to interact with Outreach using natural language. Users can ask questions directly in chat, refine them through follow-up messages, and receive answers grounded in trusted Outreach data, including accounts, deals, activities, and conversations.

The chat experience supports multi-turn questions within a single session, enabling users to build on prior messages and move from insight to action without restarting or rerunning reports.

  • Ask questions via a chat interface using natural language.
  • Continue the conversation with follow-up questions in the same chat session.
  • Get answers powered by Outreach data across accounts, deals, activities, and conversation transcripts.

  • Take recommended actions, such as drafting emails or generating tables, directly from the chat. 

This capability respects existing permissioning and only surfaces data the user is authorized to access.

Summary

Automate research on a flexible recurring cadence - daily, weekly, or monthly - across multiple accounts simultaneously and manage all schedules from a centralized Scheduler Page.

Summary

Import key documents into Outreach for Smart Account Assist to reference – powering smarter responses grounded in your enterprise knowledge.

Updates

  • Admins can upload and manage sales collateral – like case studies, white papers, and competitive battlecards – as PDFs, Word docs, or text files into Outreach.
  • Account Assist can automatically reference this content when answering your questions. Any referenced documents will appear in the Sources section as citations.
  • Documents can be assigned to the Playground channel first and validated using Ask Outreach in Playground mode to confirm the content was processed and interpreted correctly.

Revenue Agent Configuration Enhancements

A cleaner, simpler setup experience with smarter configuration options.

Summary

The Revenue Agent configuration experience has been redesigned to make it easier to set up, review, and launch agents with confidence. These updates simplify the interface, improve readability, and ensure configuration options accurately reflect your data enrichment settings.

Outreach MCP Server

Enable external AI agents to access Outreach knowledge and actions using the Outreach Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Summary

Outreach MCP Server allows other AI agents to utilize Outreach knowledge and actions directly within their own workflows. This enables teams to move faster, combine insights across systems, and complete more advanced revenue tasks without switching between tools.

  • Outreach MCP Server is a public server, and can be accessed from your AI agents, such as Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic, and knowledge platforms like Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Glean.  
  • This is an admin-controlled feature.
  • Access requires an active, licensed Outreach user with Amplify enabled.
  • Outreach plans to release an MCP Client soon.

Smart Data Enrichment Enhancements: Website Visit Signals, LeadIQ, and Notifications 

Convert high-intent website visitors, extend data coverage, and keep enrichment running reliably.

Summary

Smart Data Enrichment now lets you define optimal targeting criteria for agentic workflows and personalize outreach using account and prospect website visit signals, with ZoomInfo. These signals can be used by Outreach agents and reps to identify buyers showing active interest and power more timely, relevant engagement.

Additionally, customers can now access their licensed LeadIQ data directly in Outreach to enrich prospects and accounts and source new contacts.

Lastly, admins will receive in-app, email, and Slack notifications if provider connections change or errors occur. This provides greater visibility into data enrichment health and ensures workflows continue running smoothly.

  • Website visit signals can be used in filtering, targeting, and personalization across agentic and rep-driven workflows.
  • Track increased website visit activity from companies including the strength of the activity – High or Medium, URL of the visit, and the associated signal date.
  • Track increased website visit activity from specific people (i.e. contacts or prospects) at these companies.
  • Notifications include scenarios like running out of provider credits, authorization failures, enrichment and connection changes (enabled, disabled, provider switch), and more.

Meeting Enhancements: New Custom Meeting Fields and Single Meeting Type Change

Summary

Assign meeting types to specific calendar events directly within the Google Calendar UI, keeping scheduling within their natural workflow. New Custom Meeting Fields enable reps to capture internal context, like agendas and stakeholder roles, directly at the point of booking.

Trigger Enhancements: Mailbox by Team and Negation for Date Field

Deploy automation with granular control and flexibility during set up.

Summary

Set up trigger conditions with negation for a specific time period. You can now also assign email tasks from triggered sequences to a specific team.

Reporting Filter for Meetings Booked Data

Get more granular insights on your meetings data.

Summary

Control how reports count recurring meetings booked with a new filter that either includes or excludes recurring meetings.

Updates

This filter is a binary ‘included’ or ‘not included’ option. Available in the following reports: Team Performance and Sales Execution Report. The metric will always include the first meeting booked in the series, regardless of if recurring meetings are included or not.

Sequence Performance Report Enhancements

Get more granular visibility into sequence performance.

Summary

Better track sequence effectiveness with new prospect-level and task-level metrics.

Updates

New available metrics in the Sequence Performance report include:

  • Prospects Contacted: total number of prospects who received any touch point in the sequence.
  • Prospects Replied: total unique prospects who have replied via email or answered a connected call. 
  • Prospects Reply Rate: defined as the ratio of Prospects Replied to Prospects Contacted expressed as a percentage.
  • Meeting Set Rate: defined as the ratio of Unique Prospects Booked to Prospects Contacted expressed as a percentage.
  • Task non-adherence: total amount of skipped and incomplete tasks overdue by one calendar day or more, and due within the date range selected. It’s a sum of Skipped Due tasks and Overdue Tasks.
  • Task non-adherence rate: defined as the ratio of Non-Adherence Tasks to Total Tasks expressed as a percentage.

Outreach Voice

Sequential Dialing

Move through outbound call tasks faster by automatically dialing calls one after another.

Summary

Sequential Dialing automates back-to-back outbound calls from the Outreach task list. With a single click, Outreach automatically initiates the next call task as soon as the previous one is completed, reducing manual clicks and helping reps focus on live conversations instead of navigation.

Calls are placed one at a time and pause immediately when a prospect answers, ensuring a smooth and compliant calling experience.

  • Start a calling session with one click and automatically dial through call tasks.
  • Calls progress sequentially, one at a time, without manual task navigation.
  • Automatically pauses dialing when a prospect answers so reps can focus on the conversation

  • Automatically logs call outcomes to reduce manual dispositioning.

Sequential Dialing is available with Outreach Voice and requires active call tasks. Admin permissions control access to this feature.

Outreach Kaia™ for Nooks and Orum - Imported Calls  

Automatically import third-party call recordings from Orum and Nooks calls into Outreach for consistent post-call intelligence and insights.

Summary

Enable automated import of call recordings made through Orum or Nooks into Outreach, ensuring all calls receive the same post-call analysis and intelligence as those made through Outreach Voice. Outreach processes these recordings to deliver conversation insights such as topics, sentiment, and talk time. These signals, like all conversation insights, power AI Agents, Deal Health, Team Outcome Analysis, and Assist capabilities across Outreach.

Now generally available. This admin-controlled feature requires an Orum or Nooks integration with Outreach. Once enabled, call imports occur automatically.

SMS Availability

Simplify SMS enablement and make SMS visible to all customers.

Summary

Legacy feature flags for SMS have been deprecated. SMS is now visible to customers by default, removing the need to submit a support request.

Customers must complete A2P registration with carriers before sending SMS messages.

Summary

AI Summaries deliver meeting insights that adapt to different workflows using configurable templates. Admins can define organization-level summary formats to standardize how meeting insights are captured and shared for key workflows such as account handoffs, product feedback, or seller performance.

Users can also create their own personal summary templates to tailor the level of detail or focus areas to their individual needs.
