Take action faster by moving from questions to answers with a new chat-based experience.
Summary
Ask Outreach introduces a chat-based experience that allows revenue teams to interact with Outreach using natural language. Users can ask questions directly in chat, refine them through follow-up messages, and receive answers grounded in trusted Outreach data, including accounts, deals, activities, and conversations.
The chat experience supports multi-turn questions within a single session, enabling users to build on prior messages and move from insight to action without restarting or rerunning reports.

Smart Data Enrichment Enhancements: Website Visit Signals, LeadIQ, and Notifications
Convert high-intent website visitors, extend data coverage, and keep enrichment running reliably.
Summary
Smart Data Enrichment now lets you define optimal targeting criteria for agentic workflows and personalize outreach using account and prospect website visit signals, with ZoomInfo. These signals can be used by Outreach agents and reps to identify buyers showing active interest and power more timely, relevant engagement.
Additionally, customers can now access their licensed LeadIQ data directly in Outreach to enrich prospects and accounts and source new contacts.
Lastly, admins will receive in-app, email, and Slack notifications if provider connections change or errors occur. This provides greater visibility into data enrichment health and ensures workflows continue running smoothly.

New available metrics in the Sequence Performance report include:
- Prospects Contacted: total number of prospects who received any touch point in the sequence.
- Prospects Replied: total unique prospects who have replied via email or answered a connected call.
- Prospects Reply Rate: defined as the ratio of Prospects Replied to Prospects Contacted expressed as a percentage.
- Meeting Set Rate: defined as the ratio of Unique Prospects Booked to Prospects Contacted expressed as a percentage.
- Task non-adherence: total amount of skipped and incomplete tasks overdue by one calendar day or more, and due within the date range selected. It’s a sum of Skipped Due tasks and Overdue Tasks.
- Task non-adherence rate: defined as the ratio of Non-Adherence Tasks to Total Tasks expressed as a percentage.
Outreach Voice
Sequential Dialing
Move through outbound call tasks faster by automatically dialing calls one after another.
Summary
Sequential Dialing automates back-to-back outbound calls from the Outreach task list. With a single click, Outreach automatically initiates the next call task as soon as the previous one is completed, reducing manual clicks and helping reps focus on live conversations instead of navigation.
Calls are placed one at a time and pause immediately when a prospect answers, ensuring a smooth and compliant calling experience.

Automatically import third-party call recordings from Orum and Nooks calls into Outreach for consistent post-call intelligence and insights.
Summary
Enable automated import of call recordings made through Orum or Nooks into Outreach, ensuring all calls receive the same post-call analysis and intelligence as those made through Outreach Voice. Outreach processes these recordings to deliver conversation insights such as topics, sentiment, and talk time. These signals, like all conversation insights, power AI Agents, Deal Health, Team Outcome Analysis, and Assist capabilities across Outreach.
