Can I hide my Kaia transcript while my call is being recorded?

Answer

Yes, users can click the Kaia or Transcript icon to hide the real-time transcription from the call window view. However, the transcription will continue to process, and this feature cannot be disabled while the call is being recorded with Kaia. To disable Kaia transcript on a call, users will need to stop the recording.
