How to Force a Calendar Event to Sync with Gmail/Office 365

Objective

To force sync a Calendar event to Gmail or Office 365 in the event that meetings were booked during a calendar disconnection.

Applies To

• Meetings that exist in Outreach but do not exist or are not congruent to meetings in the user's external calendar.

Procedure

1. Open your external calendar app (E.G. Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.).
2. Navigate to the event that has failed to sync into Outreach.
3. Make a small inconsequential change to the event, such as adding or removing a character in the description.

The change should trigger a sync and bring the event into Outreach.
