How To Remove Opportunity Stages In Outreach

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach admins in removing an opportunity stage to Outreach.

• Outreach Admins

Before You Begin

• Opportunity Stages must be added to the stage options in Outreach prior to configuring Opportunity Stages in the CRM integration.
• Opportunity Stages must be mapped exactly as they appear in the CRM integration, including spelling, capitalization, etc.

Procedure

1. Access the Outreach Platform. 
2. Click Administration > Records > Opportunities 
3. Click Stages
4. Click More Options to far-right of the Opportunity Stage and select Delete. 
5. Click Yes on the Delete Stage confirmation dialog box.

The Opportunity Stage has been removed from the Stages list.
