of the Outreach for Outlook Add-in

The LEGACY Outreach Sales Engagement for Outlook Add-in is no longer available for installation and will be fully deprecated as of October 1, 2024. We recommend organizations on older versions of the Outreach for Outlook Add-in migrate users to our latest version here.

Purpose: 

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in enabling Outreach open-tracking for Outlook emails.

Notes:

How To Enable Outreach Open-Tracking for Outlook Emails: 

  1. Access the Outlook instance and compose a new email.
  2. Click the Open Outreach button in the ribbon.
  3. Click the Open tracking option to enable.

    Open tracking is now enabled for this email exchange. Users can disable open-tracking by clicking the toggle again.
