What happens when I message a prospect that has two emails, and the first one bounces?

Answer

The system will always use the first email by default If that first email bounces, you have to manually correct it and change it to the second email on the prospect record. The system does not automatically resend that message using the second email if the first email bounces. The bounced email will bounce and remain in that state until it is corrected.
