Do org-level email limits apply to one-off emails?

Answer

The org-level email limits (Number emails a single Prospect can be sent per day/week, Emails sent to domain per day, Outreach emails sent per user, total emails sent per user) will count all emails, but will only block bulk and sequence emails sent from Outreach. This means any emails sent outside of a sequence or bulk send will not be limited by the settings shown in the screenshot below, but those emails will still be counted against these limits.
