How do I remove a CSV of prospect emails from a sequence?

Objective

You have many prospects listed on a CSV file and you want to remove them from multiple sequences.

Applies To

  • Sequences

  • Prospects

  • Admins/Users

Procedure

  1. Prepare your CSV.
  2. Log in to Outreach.
  3. Click Administration > System activity > Imports.
  4. Click Import.
  5. Click Prospects (CSV file from computer).
  6. Select the CSV from your computer and click Open.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Important! Map either a prospect ID or an email address to prevent duplicates.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Enter a tag under the Tags section to help you locate the prospects.
  11. Click Start import.
  12. Once complete, click Administration > System activity > Sequence states.
  13. Clear all filters before adding the Tags filter and selecting the tag you chose during the import.
  14. Select the desired prospects.
  15. Click More options (three dots) > Remove.
