Exporting Sequence Information from Outreach

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins regarding exporting sequence information from Outreach.

Before You Begin

  • Some Outreach views and options require admin-level governance permissions. If the options outlined in this article are unavailable, contact the Org's Outreach Administrator as applicable. For more information regarding governance profile settings, refer to the Governance Profile Settings Overview article. 

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach.
  2. Click Activity > Sequence.
  3. Select the sequence. 
  4. Click More Options.
  5. Select the appropriate Export option. 
  • Export Stats
    • Sequence Name, Sequence Owner, Total Number of Prospects in Each Sequence state, Total Number of Prospects that opened, clicked, replied & no reply, emails opened, clicked, replied, bounced, & opted out, Sequence tags.
  • Export Prospects
    • Sequence Name, Prospect name, email phone(s), title, company, owner, tags & source, Sequence state, email delivered, opened, clicked & replied, date the Prospect was added to the sequence, date the Prospect was activated in the sequence, date the prospect finished the sequence.
  • Export Replies
    • Sequence Name, Prospect name, email, phone(s), title, company, owner, stage, tags & source, Sequence stage, prospect tags, date the prospect was added to the sequence, date the prospect was activated in the sequence, date the prospect replied to the sequence, step the prospect replied to, step type that was replied to (new thread vs. reply email), email subject line.

The export will include data from all unlocked sequences, whether or not that are active.
