Outreach Text Editor Extensions

Purpose:

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach users regarding text editor supported extensions.

Outreach works closely with each of its partners to ensure the Outreach text editor integrates with their capabilities. Below is a list of supported integrations with the Outreach text editor. If you have issues with your partner integration, please reach out to the partner directly and Outreach will work with them to resolve any issues.

A Note About Google and Outlook:

Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar are not text editor extensions.
Gmail and Outlook are not the extensions that extend Outreach's text editor. Outreach extends Outlooks text editor experience.

Unsupported Extensions & Known Issues

There are many companies who build extensions that embed their experience on top of websites like Outreach. Outreach is unable to support all of these popular extensions, as often any issue found needs to be resolved by the creator of the extension. Below is a list of extensions with known issues and the best method to resolve the issue:

TextExpander - TextExpander is not actively supported by it's creator. Outreach recommends disabling TextExpander to remove the conflict with the Outreach text editor.
Grammarly - Outreach is actively working with Grammarly to resolve the conflict between the two extensions. Contact Grammarly with additional concerns as applicable. Outreach recommends disabling Grammarly when sending emails with Outreach.
