Outreach Toolbar No Longer Visible in Gmail

Symptom

When composing emails in Gmail, the Outreach toolbar is no longer there. Users cannot insert snippets, templates, sequences, or insert meeting time slots directly in Gmail even with the extension installed and Gmail toolbar turned on in the Outreach Everywhere settings.

Resolution

Completely uninstall and reinstall the Outreach Everywhere Chrome extension. The extension can be removed by accessing chrome://extensions/ and clicking the remove button. Once removed, the extension will need to be re-added here.

Once the extension has been reinstalled, refresh the Gmail page and the Outreach tools will appear in the compose window.

Cause

Outreach Everywhere extension is outdated or was disconnected.
