Sorting Outbound Calls by Type

Objective

The purpose of this article is to explain how to distinguish the call method used for outbound calls.

Applies To

  • Voice
  • Users
  • Admins

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach.
  2. Navigate to Calls.
  3. Add the Call Method filter.
  4. Select the appropriate option (Manually logged, Computer or Phone) to surface those calls.

Additional Information

By selecting the results, the list of calls can be exported into a CSV file, if your user is permitted to export from Outreach. Information on exporting from Outreach is available here.
