How to use a Sequence Blueprint

Objective

Use a sequence blueprint for customer retention, expansion, and account management are aimed at streamlining the creation of engagement workflows for post sales.

Applies To

  • Outreach Users
  • Sequences

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach.
  2. Click Sequence.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Select a blueprint:
    • Customer Onboarding Kickoff: This Blueprint helps you schedule a kickoff meeting for initial introductions and to outline the onboarding journey for your Customers.

    • Customer Goals Discovery: Set up a meeting to understand customers current processes and workflows in order to best meet their needs

    • Customer Training Session: Use this to Share training materials, and offer personalized training for customer success.

    • Change of Exec Sponsor: Establish a connection with the new Exec Sponsor to continue the ongoing partnership

  5. Continue creating the sequence as desired.
