Meeting booked by another prospect

Symptom

A user sends plain proposed meeting time links to a prospect but when the prospect goes to book, the meeting appears to be booked under another prospect.

Resolution

Always be sure to insert brand new proposed meeting time links for every email sent out.

Cause

This issue will occur if the user copies proposed meeting time links from a sent email and pastes them into a new email to a different prospect.
