When do the reports refresh and update?

Answer

The Team performance, Sequence performance, and Sales Execution reports are on a daily 24-hour refresh cadence. The specific refresh time is normally between 8am - 10am US PST. If you do not see your reports updating by 10am PST, please let our support team know and we'll be happy to assist.

When viewing the reports, it shows when it was last updated in the top right.

The Overview report is on a 15-minute refresh cadence. This will update and refresh throughout the day every 15-minutes.

Note - We are constantly looking for ways to improve our reporting page in the system. We are trying to improve the refresh cadence, but it is currently on a 24-hour daily refresh cycle.
