How an Admin Check Which User Connected their Calendar?

Objective

How to see if users connected their calendars in Outreach or not. 

Applies To

  • Outreach's Admins

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration>Users and Permissions> Users.
  2. Check the Calendar Sync column, the icon has 3 statues:
    1. Grey: Calendar is not connected. 
    2. Red: Calendar is not syncing.
    3. Green: Calendar is connected and syncing. 
  3. You may Export the user list by select the group of users, then clicking on Export from the ... menu. Refer to ‘Sender calendar url’, and if there is no link, it means, they didn't link their Google calendar to Outreach.
