How do I manually sync meetings to my CRM?

Objective

The purpose of this article is to help walk you through manually syncing meetings, in bulk, to the CRM. 

Applies To

  • All users, especially admins
  • Meetings
  • CRM syncing
  • Advanced Task Mapping

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the meetings page in Outreach
  2. Click on the agenda tab
  3. Filter the list by whatever criteria you'd like
  4. Select all records you would like to sync to the CRM
  5. Click the Synchronize with CRM button
  6. Change the 'Action' to Push data up to CRM
  7. Click the Sync button

Additional Information

Consider the following when filtering your agenda list:

  • try to keep the list of meetings to sync small (around a couple thousand or less)
  • add the Prospect meetings only filter to ensure you're not attempting to sync internal meetings
