Symptom
Emails in Outbox show up as "Auto-retrying" and give the message of "Mailbox not recently synced, auto-retrying in..."
Applies To

Resolution
- Log in to Outreach.
- Click Personal settings.
- Click on the mailbox you're using for sending.
- Click on Sync settings option on the left-hand side menu.
- Scroll up slightly to reveal the Require mailbox to be recently synced before sending checkbox
- Uncheck the box and click save.
You should now be able to retry the mailings that have failed due to the sync.
