Outreach does not support mapping Formula fields between Outreach and Salesforce. We only support mapping the below field types:

Text
Number
Picklist
URL
Phone
Date
Date/Time (inbound only)
Boolean/Checkbox (will populate as “true” or “false” in Outreach)
Currency
Percentage
