Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users on how to add feedback on a call in the Outreach platform.
Applies To
- Outreach User
- Calls
Procedure
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Activity tab.
- Click the Calls tab.
- On the call, we want to add a feedback, click on More actions and select View call log.
- On the new window, click on Let us know as shown in the screenshot below.
Additional Information
A feedback can be added to a call just at the end of the call by clicking on Submit feedback. See the screenshot below.
