Symptom
An API Call Estimate error appears when running historical data load.

Resolution
Admins should attempt running the Historical Data Load at a later time. Alternatively, the admin can run Historical Data Load without seeing the estimated calls first.
Cause
The API call usage is unable to provide an estimate for the API call job that is about to take place.
