How to add/remove a User Profile Photo

Objective

Add a profile picture to an Outreach user profile. The picture is included in the following areas of the platform:

• Navigation bar
• Collaboration spaces
• Outreach chat
• Activity owners

Before You Begin

Image Quality requirements:

• Minimum resolution: 100×100 px (minimum)
• Maximum resolution : 500x500 px
• Maximum file size: 5 MB
• Variant dimensions: 32×32 px, 80×80 px, plus the original size
• Supported file types: JPG, PNG
• Minimum file Size : 1Kb

Procedure

Add a photo

1. Log in to Outreach as a User.
2. Click Personal Settings.
3. Navigate to General > Your account.
4. Click Upload profile photo.
5. Crop the photo as needed.
6. Click Save.

Remove a photo

1. Log in to Outreach as a User.
2. Click Personal Settings.
3. Navigate to General > Your account.
4. Click Remove profile photo.
